SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Your order will be shipped within one business day of your order. All of our designs are shipped out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will arrive at your doorstep within three to five business days depending on your location.

Alternatively, you may wish to expedite your order (2nd Day Air) for an additional charge. To do so, select "Express Shipping" at checkout. We will not charge an additional fee or markup beyond the shipping cost differential.

Currently, we are only offering free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

RETURNS

We hope that you're delighted with your LaDorada selection. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your selection exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that custom orders are final sale.
