Shipping & Delivery

We offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are shipped from Fort Lauderdale, Florida within one business day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
Expedited FedEx shipping options (Express Saver, 2-Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional cost.
We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies only to U.S. orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers may request a prepaid return label; the actual return-shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Please allow up to 14 business days for return processing.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
