Refund policy

We hope that you're delighted with your LaDorada selection. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your selection exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
